Your Agreement with Our Platform

1 General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 777jal ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"), governing your access to and use of the 777jal website located at https://777jal.app and all associated services, features, games, promotions, and functionality offered therein.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, claiming a bonus, or otherwise using any feature of the 777jal platform, you confirm unequivocally that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the platform and close your account.

These Terms are to be read in conjunction with the 777jal Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail only for the duration and scope of that promotion.

777jal reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time and for any reason. Any change will be effective immediately upon publication on this page. Where a change is material — for example, a change to withdrawal limits, bonus conditions, or account closure procedures — registered players will be notified via the email address associated with their account. Your continued use of the 777jal platform after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to 777jal is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy ALL of the following eligibility criteria at all times during their use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. 777jal does not permit gambling by persons under the age of 18 under any circumstances.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf — not as an agent, representative, or beneficiary of a third party.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of a 777jal employee or associated business partner.
• You are not registering or using the platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether using 777jal is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.

777jal employs rigorous Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures. Before processing any withdrawal, we require documentary proof of identity — a valid National Identification Card (NID) or passport — and proof of the payment method used for deposits. Age verification is a mandatory component of this process. Any account where age verification fails will be suspended immediately, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and any winnings accrued from gameplay forfeited.

3 Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of 777jal services — including depositing funds, placing wagers, and withdrawing winnings — you must create a registered account. Account registration is free of charge and requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and Bangladesh mobile number.

You are permitted to hold exactly one (1) account on 777jal. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different identity documents — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, 777jal will close all associated accounts, consolidate any balances at its discretion, and may permanently bar the individual from re-registering.

You are fully responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login details with any other person. 777jal will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any communication channel.

In the event that you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify 777jal support immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. 777jal accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to maintain reasonable security practices.

• All information provided during registration must be truthful and verifiable. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• You must promptly update your account details if any information changes, particularly your mobile number and email address.
• Accounts must not be transferred, sold, or gifted to any other person.
• 777jal reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any time, including during routine account reviews.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

777jal accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively via the payment methods listed on the platform at the time of your transaction. Accepted methods currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit by default, though 777jal may impose individual account-level limits in connection with responsible gaming obligations or fraud prevention measures.

Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. 777jal does not charge platform-side fees on withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. Third-party fees imposed by your payment provider are beyond our control and remain your responsibility.

All withdrawal requests are subject to a completed KYC verification. Processing times are as follows under standard conditions: bKash and Nagad — within 15 minutes of approval; Rocket and Upay — within 60 minutes of approval; Visa and Mastercard — 1 to 3 business days depending on your issuing bank.

• Deposits may only be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• 777jal is not a financial institution and does not pay interest on account balances held on the platform.
• In the event of a chargeback or disputed transaction initiated by a player without first contacting 777jal support, the platform reserves the right to suspend the account pending investigation.
• Withdrawals may be delayed or held pending enhanced due diligence in circumstances where fraud, money laundering risk, or unusual account activity is identified.
• Funds deposited on 777jal are intended solely for gambling purposes and are not protected by any government deposit compensation scheme.

5 Bonus & Promotional Terms

777jal offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and returning players, including — but not limited to — welcome match bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, and T20 World Cup periods. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms disclosed at the point of offer and the general conditions set out in this section.

Wagering requirements: Unless specifically stated otherwise in the individual promotion terms, all bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in plain English in the promotion's terms and conditions display. Players are advised to read and understand wagering requirements before claiming any bonus.

• Each player is entitled to claim the welcome bonus once only, on their first deposit. Repeat claims using new or duplicate accounts constitute bonus abuse.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until all associated wagering requirements have been met.
• If a withdrawal is requested before bonus wagering requirements are fulfilled, 777jal will remove the bonus and any associated winnings prior to processing the withdrawal of the remaining real-money balance.
• 777jal reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any ongoing promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn mid-campaign, any bonus already credited to accounts will remain subject to its original terms.
• Certain games may contribute at different rates towards wagering requirements. Contribution rates per game category will be listed in the relevant promotion's detail page.
• Bonus funds may be subject to a maximum stake per bet while they are active on an account. Placing bets above the stated maximum stake while bonus funds are in play constitutes a violation of these Terms.

6 Gameplay Rules & Fair Use

All games available on 777jal — including live casino games, slots, video poker, crash games, and sports betting markets — are subject to the rules specific to each game or market type, as displayed within the game interface or event detail page. In the event of a discrepancy between a displayed game result and the outcome recorded in 777jal's system logs, the server-side log shall be treated as the definitive record.

Players are expected to engage with 777jal games in good faith, for personal entertainment purposes. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with games or sports betting markets without manual human input.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, display glitches, or pricing anomalies in sports betting odds. Any winnings resulting from exploited errors may be voided at 777jal's discretion.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games, poker, or any competitive game format to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using VPN, proxy, or anonymisation services to circumvent geographic, account-level, or promotional restrictions applied by the platform.
• Engaging in any form of arbitrage betting, matched betting using bonus funds, or systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed primarily to extract bonus value rather than engage in genuine recreational gambling.
• Placing bets on both sides of a market using multiple accounts or by coordinating with other players (known as "account layering" or "multi-accounting for arbitrage").

777jal reserves the right to void bets, suspend accounts, withhold withdrawals, and recover winnings where any of the above prohibited conduct is identified or reasonably suspected. Decisions made in connection with fair-use enforcement are final following the internal investigation process.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

777jal reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including — but not limited to — the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Discovery that the registered account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or misuse of the platform for any purpose other than genuine recreational gambling.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated with a payment provider without prior engagement with 777jal support.
• Self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder via the Responsible Gaming dashboard or through the live support team.

Players may also close their own account voluntarily at any time by contacting 777jal support via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player's verified payment method within 5 business days, provided all KYC requirements have been met and no outstanding investigations are in progress.

Where an account is closed by 777jal for a confirmed breach of these Terms, any balance held within the account — including real-money balances — may be forfeited in whole or in part, subject to the severity of the breach. 777jal will communicate the reason for closure in writing to the registered email address within 48 hours of the account action being taken.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777jal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform. This includes, without limitation, loss of winnings due to technical failure, loss of account access due to player-side security failures, losses incurred during periods of planned or unplanned platform maintenance, and any damage caused by third-party payment providers.

777jal makes no warranty — express or implied — that the platform will be available without interruption, that game results will be free of technical error at all times, or that the content accessible on the platform is accurate and complete in all circumstances. Whilst we maintain a 99.9% uptime target and invest significantly in platform reliability, temporary outages may occur.

Where 777jal's liability cannot be excluded by law, our total aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 90-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded as a matter of applicable law.
